Olivier Lapique
EBorn in Concarneau in 1959, he attended the schoolof fine
arts at an early age, learning to frame andmount
artworks,
working as an accomplished craftsman for the Musée Rodin,
the Centre Pompidou, the Musée Carnavalet, and the
Foundation Le Corbusier. In 1999, he adapted for
pottery his creation. Thus were born the Loups de Mer
(“old sea dogs”) at the Faïencerie d’Art Breton.
