While my husband, daughter, and I were opening Christmas gifts yesterday morning, there was a knock on the door. Could it be Santa was the question on each of our minds. And it was! Dressed as a USPS delivery man soaked by rain was Santa with my second box of Gien. How you accomplished such a feat must mean you’re one of Santa’s helpers from the North.
I had such fun opening each of the beautiful packages and finding my lovely Paysages Roses pattern. I absolutely love it and am looking forward to enjoying it for many years.
Thank you for all you did to make my order a reality in such a short period of time and with such professionalism.

Lasteroide is absolutely the best! Eric is extremely pleasant to deal with and very easy to contact by e-mail. All my pieces arrived speedily and beautifully wrapped. I had an excellent experience with this company. The items I needed were not in stock and Eric kept in close contact with me by e-mail until the items were re-stocked. As soon as the items were in stock, Eric shipped them to me within hours receiving the shipment. I received my order in the U.S. within a few days. My husband recently surprised me with some Gien dessert plates. We had a hard time finding them. My brother gave me 4 plates from a 7-piece set as an engagement gift. I had searched for the missing pieces myself, including sending a photocopy of the front and back of a plate to Replacements, LTD in the hopes they would recognize the pattern. No luck there. But my internet-savvy husband discovered Lasteroide. Eric had the whole set, fully illustrated so that my husband could ensure it was the right one. And the price was right too! Eric provided free gift wrapping and enclosed the most beautiful card, complete with a hand-written message my husband passed through e-mail to Eric. I was very impressed.
