Dear Eric, I received the eight Quimper bowls in plenty of time for Christmas, and everyone loves them. They are really beautiful. I think they are the prettiest plates for soup or pasta I could imagine, with their scalloped edges, and they make me happy to look at them on the table. Many thanks for the incredible follow-up you did to ensure everything proceeded smoothly. I truly appreciate all your effort, and I'm sure I will go through you for any further orders of my favorite dinner pattern. You were so nice. Guess what!?!?! The parcel from you just arrived. I opened the outer, nicely wrapped parcel to find the beautifully wrapped box inside ... complete with a lovely ribbon and with the card tucked underneath. It looks absolutely awesome. Now, I'm very excited to give the gift of three dog plates.
Just wanted to let you know the plates arrived safely & I'm sure, because of the excellent wrapping, that the plates are going to be perfect when they're opened. There isn't anything that sounds like broken pieces, so I'm certain all is well.

Like I said, I will be ordering more over the next couple of months as we complete our needs! You have more products than did Bloomingdale's, so I am adding things like the quiche dish, fruit bowl and a couple of the rectangular platters! (and some other things, like the cereal bowls and breakfast cups and saucers!)

I had a great experience setting up a wish list and purchasing items at Claude Berry. The prices are excellent and the service is unparallel. I will be recommending this merchant to my friends ad family so they may take advantage of the beautiful pieces available.
